Our natural-processed Yirgacheffe Gr.1 is grown at around 2100 meters, which is a high elevation even by Ethiopian standards, and sun-dried on raised beds under the watchful eye of family operators in Gedeo, one of Ethiopia's most renowned growing regions.
This fruit-forward selection presents a complex cornucopia of apricot, mango, and blueberry notes, with hints of chocolate to make things interesting. Tying these exotic flavors together is a velvety texture and lingering finish.
